摘　　要：目前炼铁厂常用的数据采集方法为通过数据库采集，通过文件交换采集和使用OPC技术采集等几种方法。本文以六高炉炉前操作管理情况统计数据采集程序的设计为例，介绍了如何从高炉自动控制系统中组织、提取生产、工艺数据，以及如何对采集的数据进行管理。At present, data acquisition methods commonly used for iron-making plant through the database collection, the file exchange collection and OPC technology, The design of the operation and management of statistical data acquisition program for No.6 BF as an example, that how to extract production and process data from the blast furnace automatic control system, and how to manage the acquired data, were introduced.
