摘  要:2013年国丰钢铁2#高炉处于炉役后期,炉缸水温差和热流强度达到了冶炼警戒值。为确保高炉安全生产,采用了护炉操作冶炼。介绍了护炉机理、适宜的含钛物料加入量、烧结中配加印尼海砂比例,采取酸洗冷却壁、缩小风口面积、优化热制度、造渣制度和使用含钛有水炮泥、修订铁口深度、加强监测等措施,达到了高效经济的护炉效果。In 2013 the 2# blast furnace of Guofeng was in later period of its campaign, the water temperature difference and thermal flow strength in hearth reached the alarm value. The furnace protection operation was adopted to guarantee safe production. It is introduced the furnace protection mechanism, suitable addition of titanium -bearing charge, the ratio of Indonesia sand added in sintering as well as the measures adopted: pickling cooling wall, shrinking tuyere area, optimizing thermal system and slag forming system, using wet titanium - bearing gun mud, reforming iron notch depth, strengthening monitoring. With all of above the high -efficient economic furnace protection got.
