摘　　要：中板厂生产的钢板以切四边为主,在经过剪切双边后钢板会产生塌边现象;同时造成应力积累,再经过定尺剪切头尾后便会产生严重的翘头扣尾不平度缺陷。针对上述问题,邯钢自主研发了一种压平机,优化了压模丰径、压模宽度等参数,基本解决了钢板的头尾不平度缺陷。In Medium Plate Mill, the plate produced is cut off its both sides at first, which would cause edge of steel plate turned down as well as stress accumulated, and then its head and tail are cut off by sizing shear, and also that would cause serious uneven defect with head raised and tail fell down. To solve the above prob- lems, we developed ourselves a kind of flatting mill, optimized parameters of pressing model such as its di- ameter and width, and so the uneven defect of head and tail of the steel plate is basic solved.
