摘 要:为实现逆变系统高质量并网电流的输出,漏电流的消除对非隔离型光伏并网逆变器至关重要。分析了非隔离型单相并网逆变器漏电流的产生机理和流通回路,并基于无差拍电流控制原理,说明漏电流对逆变电流以及MPPT的影响。提出了一种基于无差拍电流控制的单相光伏并网逆变器漏电流补偿方法,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下进行仿真。通过仿真结果和实验测得值相比较表明,通过对逆变器占空比的补偿,可以有效地消除漏电流对逆变电流的影响,从而避免功率跟踪中出现误判或者找不到最大功率点的情况,实现逆变电流高质量输出和最大功率的正确跟踪。In order to achieve high quality grid current output of inverter system, it is very important to eliminate the leakage current of the transformerless PV grid inverter. This paper analyzes the mechanism and current loop of leakage current, and based on dead-beat current control principle, illustrates the influence of leakage current on the inverter current and MPPT. It puts forward a kind of single-phase PV grid inverter leakage current compensation methods based on dead-beat current control. Simulation is carried out in Matlab/Simulink environment. The comparison between the model output and experimental measurement shows that using the compensation of the inverter duty ratio can efficiently eliminate the impact of leakage current on the inverter current, so as to avoid the misjudgment in power tracking or the condition that it can't find the maximum power point, in addition, achieve high-quality inverter current output and correct maximum power point tracking.
