区域建筑能源系统生命周期能耗及碳排放量的测算模型

摘　　要：基于生命周期评价(LCA)理论,借鉴相关的建筑生命周期划分方法以及建筑能耗与碳排放量的测算方法,提出了包括设备管道综合生产、安装施工、运行维护以及寿命终结拆除处置4个阶段的区域建筑能源系统能耗及碳排放量的测算模型,力图为区域建筑能源系统在规划阶段的设计方案的选择以及已有系统的节能改造提供相关的技术支持。By reference to the division method of relevant building life-cycle and the measurement and counting methods of building energy consumption and carbon emission,and on the basis of the theory of life-cycle assessment （LCA）,propose a measurement and counting model for energy consumption and carbon emission of energy system of regional building in 4 phases respectively of comprehensive production of equipment and pipes,installation construction,running maintenance,and demolition disposal at the end of service life,so as to provide relevant technological support for the energy-saving modification to the current system,and for the selection of design plan in the planning phase of regional building energy system.
