摘  要:对新版国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》与现行标准的评价体系和评价方法进行了对比。基于新版国家标准《绿色建筑评价标准》对6个典型商业建筑从总得分、分项得分、技术差异原因多个角度进行了试评分析,分析结果表明:新版国家标准与现行国家标准相比,针对一星级、二星级项目的评定要求,二者的难度相当;针对三星级项目的评定要求,前者相对于后者的难度大大增加。此外,对国内多个绿色商业建筑项目的定量指标进行了调研分析,分析结果表明:新版国家标准中容积率、可再循环材料用量比例、外窗可开启面积比例、幕墙可开启面积比例、地下空间开发比例、灵活隔断比例、采光系数比例等项指标设置合理,适用于商店类建筑的评定;而非传统水源利用率、绿地率等项指标的评定水平偏高。A comparison is made between Evaluation Standard for Green Building (Updated) and current standard in terms of evaluation system and evaluation methods. Evaluation and analysis of 6 typical commercial buildings are conducted from total score, subscore, reasons for technological difference and other aspects, on the basis of Evaluation Standard for Green Building (Updated) , which indicate that the updated national standard and current national standard have the similar evaluation requirements for one-star and two-star projects while the former has much stricter evaluation requirements for three-star projects than the latter dose. In addition, investigation and analysis are carried out of quantitative indicators of several domestic green commercial building projects, which show that several indicators such as plot ratio, proportion of recyclable material consumption, proportion of openable external window area, proportion of openable wall area, underground space development proportion, demountable partition proportion, and daylight factor proportion are reasonably set in the updated national standard and applicable to evaluation of store buildings while evaluation requirements for such indicators as non - traditional water source utilization rate and greening rate are set a little bit higher.
