摘　　要：船联网标准体系框架研究旨在构建一个面向航运智能化信息服务且能适应航运业发展的标准体系。首先,通过分析国内外相关体系构建现状,采用"自上而下"的管理服务驱动方法为构建船联网标准体系框架提供指导;其次,从信息服务的角度,以信息流为导向构建航运信息服务业务模型,即采用"自下而上"的业务驱动方法构建船联网标准体系三维框架;最后,从视图分层角度,进一步对三维体系框架进行细化分类。船联网标准体系框架作为船联网标准体系的核心内容,对规范和推进船联网相关研究及建设实施具有一定的理论和现实意义。Research on the standard system framework of Internet of ships aims to build a standard system oriented to the intelligent information services for shipping business, today and future. A standard 3D system framework of the Internet of ships is constructed following the principle of ＂top-down management-driven method＂ based on the development in relevant fields, at home and abroad. The shipping information service business model is built with ＂bottom-up＂ business-driven approach. Finally, in order to understand the framework better, the 3D framework is resolved into 2D framework views with the concept of hierarchy. The standard system framework is the core of the [nternet of ships standard system, and this study forms the basis of theoretical researches and practical development of the Internet of ships.
