摘 要:针对当前基于实际设备的轮机实操评估方式存在考试成本高、安全风险大的问题,将虚拟现实技术用于船员实操评估,设计并实现一个具有高真实感的轮机虚拟拆装考试系统。通过分析面向实操评估的轮机虚拟拆装考试系统的特点,提出使用装配树建立拆装过程模型的方法。根据实操评估过程的评价指标,采用操作类和问答类两种考核方式组织考试过程,实现兼容两种考核方式的自动评分功能。开发的考试系统被应用于内河船员轮机实操评估。结果表明,评估结果公正客观,评估过程合理,系统具有较强的真实感和易用性。In view of the high test costs and involved safety risk of current marine engine operational assessment method with actual equipment, a marine engine virtual maintenance examination system with high sense of reality is developed based on the virtual reality technology. Analyzed the characteristics of virtual maintenance for skill assess ment, the assembly process model in assembly tree is establish. According to the evaluation indexes of skill assess- ment process, hands on operation test and knowledge examination are organized. The machine gives marks with the automatic scoring system for both operation and knowledge. The developed examination system has been used for evaluating the competency of inland ship duty engineers. The practical operations show that the system has a strong sense of reality and usability, the evaluation process is reasonable, and the assessment is fair and ohjective.
