摘  要:为满足船舶轮机部高级船员对压载水系统适任性培训与评估需要,在对实船压载水系统深入研究的基础上,建立船舶压载水系统数学模型,开发一套实物与模拟相结合的多功能船舶压载水系统操作训练装置。此装置将实际的液压泵站、一套液压蝶阀与模拟系统相结合,既可纯模拟操作,又可把实际装置融入模拟系统,弥补纯模拟系统不利于对实际装置结构、原理学习的缺陷。训练装置功能完善,可实现硬件压载水控制台和PC机软操作界面训练模式切换、模拟设定故障、压/排水过程速率可调等功能。硬件压载水控制台操作训练逼真;PC机软操作界面则可实现单机版运行,可满足更多学员的培训需求。系统压、排水过程速率可调,使训练更加便捷,提高培训效率。According to the requirements for training marine engineers, a new type of multi-function ship ballast system training plant with mixed simulation is developed on the basis of sound knowledge of ship ballast systems. In addition to the computer system with the model for performing computer simulation of ballast systems, a hydraulic pump station and a hydraulic butterfly valve are installed in the plant. When the hydraulic devices are joined with the computer simulation system, the latter is augmented by teaching at device level. The plant provides two types of training terminals, a solid ballast control console and a simulation software interface of PC, switchable. The former gives sense of reality while the latter is more flexible in training arrangement. The other features of the plant include troubleshooting training and adjustable process acceleration for saving training time.
