摘　　要：为摸清欧盟航海碳税的实施对我国航运业的影响及寻求积极的应对措施,参考欧盟航空碳排放交易实施方式、国际海事组织对航运业温室气体减排可能采取的经济措施,以航行船舶的CO2排放量作为计税依据,推测航海碳税征收后对我国航运业的影响,并提出一些政策性建议。To investigate the impact of the carbon tax on shipping industry of China and to seek the effective counter measures, this paper studies the European Union Emissions Trading Scheme rules for air industry and the economic measures IMO likely to adopt for reducing greenhouse gas, and predicts the impact of the carbon tax on shipping industry of China on the assumption that the carbon tax will be collected according to the CO2 emission from ships due to navigation. Policy recommendations are put forward.
