腰大池持续引流治疗结核性脑膜炎13例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨腰大池持续引流治疗结核性脑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:2011年12月至2013年6月来我院就诊的结核性脑膜炎患者26例,分为观察组和对照组2组,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上进行腰大池持续引流,分析和比较不同方法对结核性脑膜炎的临床效果。结果:对照组治愈2例,有效7例,无效4例,观察组治愈5例,有效7例,无效1例,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:采用腰大池持续引流治疗结核性脑膜炎具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of continuous lumbar cistern drainage in treatment of tuberculous meningitis .Meth-ods：26 patients with tuberculous meningitis from 2011 December to 2013 June in our hospital for treatment of patients , divided into the observation group and the control group two groups , the control group were given routine treatment , the observation group based on the control group treatment of lumbar continuous drainage , clinical effect analysis and comparison of different methods of tuberculous meningi -tis.Results：In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 7 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective, the observation group 5 cases were cured, ef-fective 7 cases, invalid 1 cases, the observation group is better than the control group .Conclusion：The therapy could have good clinical effect in treating tuberculous meningitis of lumbar continuous drainage .
