摘　　要：目的：探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（ OSAHS）与眼部疾病的相关性。方法：选择我院2010年11月～2012年11月收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征20例作为观察组，同期选择我院体检的正常健康人20例作为对照组，2组都进行眼压检查与眼部超声观察。结果：观察组的眼压大于对照组，但是差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。观察组眼部动脉的PSV与EDV值明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），2组RI值对比无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征可影响眼部动脉的血流状态，从而对于眼部疾病有一定的影响。Objective：To investigate the effect of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （ OSAHS ） associated with ocular dis-ease .Methods：select the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome 20 cases as the observation group , select the normal healthy people hospital examination 20 cases as control group , two groups were all examined by intraocular pressure and ocular ultrasound .Results：the intraocular pressure of observation group were greater than that of the control group , but no significant difference （ P＆gt;0 .05 ） .PSV and EDV in observation group was higher than that in control group （P＆lt;0.05）, the two groups had no significant difference in RI values （P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome can affect the flow state of ocular artery , which has certain effect on oc-ular diseases .
