摘　　要：本文通过分析海洋产业安全的内涵,从而对海洋产业安全的影响因素进行了总结,并归纳了海洋产业安全的动静态影响因素;以海洋渔业为例,依据海洋产业安全内涵及产业安全影响因素,对我国海洋渔业产业安全影响因素进行解析,并对海洋渔业产业安全进行了定性评判。总体来看,海洋渔业产业相对安全,从静态角度来看,海洋渔业属于资源高度依赖性产业,各种影响因素错综复杂,产业安全面临的压力较大,从动态角度来看,得益于我国不断调整的海洋渔业政策,产业安全压力适中。This paper summarizes the influencing factors on the marine industry security and generalizes the static and dynamic affecting factors by analyzing its connotations. Focused on the characteristics of marine fisheries industry development and based on the connotation and influencing factors of marine industry security, the security of marine fishery industry is evaluated qualitatively. Overall, the security status of marine fisheries industry is relatively safe. From the static perspective, marine fishery industry security faces high pressure because of its high dependency on resources, with a variety of complex influencing factors. From the dynamic point of view, thanks to our continuous adjustment of marine fisheries policy, marine fishery industry safety pressure is moderate.
