摘  要:提出了一种面向多冲突网络求解的产品创新设计过程模型。该模型通过已有产品问题分析、产品需求分析及需求预测,利用元素-名称-量值(Element-Name-Value,ENV)模型对问题进行描述,应用现有冲突确定方法发现并确定冲突,之后由冲突之间的关系构建冲突网络,得到多冲突网络的5种结构形式,提出了3种不同的求解策略求解冲突网络,可快速寻求关键冲突,并利用TRIZ工具解决关键冲突,反复迭代获得最终的产品创新设计方案。通过卷扬机工程实例验证了该过程模型的有效性。A kind of model for solving the network of multi- contradiction in product innovation design process is put forward. In this model, by problem analysis of existing products and de- mand analysis and demand forecasting of products, ENV (Ele- ment-Name-Value) model is used to describe the problem. The ex- isting contradiction confirming method is applied to find and deter- mine the contradictions, .then contradiction-network is constructed according to the relationships among the contradictions, five con- struction forms of the network of multi-contradiction were achieved, and three different solving strategies for multi-contradic- tion network were presented, which can be used to find the key contradiction rapidly, and solve it by using TRIZ tools, by iteratively calculating and analyzing to obtain the final design solution of the product. Finally, a winding engine case study shows the validity of the process model.
