摘  要:针对LQ200型花键冷敲成形设备,从塑性成形原理角度出发得到了花键冷敲成形设备执行机构的运动参数,并确定了运动学方程,采用Pro/E及Adams软件建立了花键冷敲机执行机构的运动模型,进行运动学仿真。仿真结果表明:打击力发生的时间处于工件转速为零时,工件旋转时与滚打轮不接触;模拟得到的运动曲线图与理论结果分析相符。验证了该工艺的可行性,理论分析的正确性,这对于花键类零件冷敲成形技术的推广应用、设备的研发具有重要意义。As a new type of efficient and environment-friendly plastic forming equipment, the spline cold rolling device is warmly studied by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. However, the forming theory of spline cold rolling device and motion model has not been solved yet as a result of the late start, which has become one of the key problems to be solved urgently in domestic. In the paper, motion parameters of the actuator of the LQ200 spline cold rolling device was deeply investigated based on the principle of plastic forming theory, and the kinematics equation was finally obtained. The actuator model was firstly established by Pro/E and ADAMS software, then the kinematics simulation was carried out. The results of simulation analysis show: the contact force occurs during the period of time when the rotational speed of workpieee is zero and there is no contact between workpieee and wheel when the workpiece is rotating. Besides, motions diagrams simulated are completely consistent with the theoretical analysis. These results show that the forming process is feasible and the theoretical analy- sis is correct, which has great significance to the equipment re- search and development as well as the popularize application of this spline cold rolling technology.
