摘 要:研究了胶乳离心机转鼓有限元建模,建立了转子系统实体模型,讨论了支承弹簧刚度与阻尼,计算了临界转速及振型,分析了陀螺效应及支承刚度对临界转速的影响,对计算结果进行了实验验证。结果表明,有限元计算值与实测值接近,转鼓的陀螺效应影响不能忽略,临界转速随着弹性支承刚度增加而增大,研究方法及分析结果对碟片离心机结构设计、动力学分析与优化等具有指导意义与借鉴价值。This paper studied the modeling method of Finite element dynamic model on rotor of centrifugal separator, the solid model of rotor system was set up. The parameter of support stiffness and damp were analyzed. The critical speeds and the vibration mode curves were calculated and obtained by FEA software. The influence of gyroscopic couple and stiffness on the critical speed was analyzed. The calculation results are verified by the experi- ments. The analysis shows that the finite element calculation values are close to measured ones. The influence of the gyroscopic effect can not be ignored. The critical speed increases with the increase of elastic support stiffness. The analysis method and the results can provide more important guidance and reference for structural de- sign, dynamic analysis and optimization of centrifugal separator.
