海军特勤疗养员心率变异性调查及其与压力反应的相关

摘　　要：目的 调查海军特勤疗养员心率变异性的状况及其与压力反应的相关关系.方法 使用心率变异性检测和压力反应问卷（SRQ）对来我院疗养的403名海军特勤疗养员进行调查研究,并进一步讨论海军特勤疗养员的心率变异性状况及其与压力反应的相关性.结果 除20 ～ 29岁年龄组的疗养员外,其余各年龄组疗养员的正常心动周期的标准差（SDNN）值均显著低于各年龄组常模；20 ～ 29岁年龄组疗养员的LF和LF/HF值显著低于常模；30～39岁年龄组疗养员的HF和LF/HF值显著低于常模；40～49岁年龄组疗养员的LF/HF值显著低于常模；空勤疗养员的SDNN值显著低于海勤疗养员；海军特勤疗养员的LF与FPR呈显著正相关（r=0.102,P＜0.05）,HF与FPR呈显著负相关（r=-0.01,P＜0.05）,LF/HF值与SR、FER、FPR、FBR均呈显著正相关.结论 管理者应当以心率变异性检测为代表的生理检测手段配合心理测评为特勤疗养员开展心理健康疗养.Objective To study the situation of Heart Rate Variability （HRV） and its relationship with stress response in navy conva- lescents of special service. Methods A total of 403 navy convalescents of special service were evaluated by HRV and Social avoidance and SRQ, Data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results The Standard Deviation Normal to Normal（SDNN） in navy convalescents of spe- cial service was significantly lower than the norm of their corresponding age group, except the 20 ~ 29 years old group. The Low Frequency （LF） and Ratio of Low Frequency and High Frequency（LF/HF） in the 20 ~ 29 years old group was significantly lower than the norm of corresponding age group. The High Frequency（HF） and LF/HF in the 30 - 39 years old group were significantly lower than the norm of corresponding age group. The LF/HF in the 40 ~ 49 years old group were significantly lower than the norm of corresponding age group. The SDNN of the aircrew was significantly lower than the shipboard personnel. The LF of convalescents showed a positive correlation with Factor of Physical Response （FPR） （ r = 0. 102, P 〈 0. 05 ）, HF was negatively correlated with FPR （ r = -0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）, LF/HF and stress response （ SR）, factor of emotional response （ FER）, factor of physical response, （ FPR ）, factor of behavioral response （ FBR ） were significantly positive correlation. Conclusion The leader should apply HRV as the representative of physiological detection with the psy- chological detection to carry out mental health convalesces.
