摘　　要：目的 探讨和研究我军海勤人员的婚姻质量现状及影响因素.方法 采用Olson婚姻质量问卷（ENRICH）、卡特尔16项人格因素问卷（16PF）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、生活事件量表（LES）、特质应对方式问卷（TC SQ）、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）对375名海勤人员进行评定.结果 16PF量表中,除乐群性、恃强性、幻想性、实验性、独立性外,其他各因素均与除性格相容性、角色平等性、信仰一致性外的各因子呈不同程度的相关性（r=-0.121 ～0.290）；除角色平等性、信仰一致性这两个因子外,婚姻质量量表中各因子均与SCL-90各因子存在显著相关（r=0.123～0.338）；消极应对方式与婚姻质量各因素均有显著相关（P＜0.01）；除过分理想化、性格相容性、夫妻交流、业余生活这4个因子外,婚姻质量量表中各因素与社会支持量表中各因素均呈显著相关性（P＜0.01）；多元回归方程中,6个因子最终进入回归方程：消极应对、负性家庭问题、专业成就因素、躯体化、实验性、负性工作学习问题.结论 海勤人员的婚姻质量与其个性特质、心理健康、应对方式和社会支持紧密联系.Objective To investigate marital quality status of ship personnel and its influencing factor. Methods Olson marital quality questionnaire（ ENRICH）, Catte11 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire （ 16PF ）, Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90 ）, Life Event scale （LES）, Trait Coping Questionnaire （TCSQ）, perceived social support scale（PSSS） were used to assess 375 ship personnel. Results 16PF scales, except gregariousness, aggressiveness, fantasy, experimental, independence, other factors were associated with marital qual- ity except personality compatibility, the role of equality, faith outside consistency （r =-0. 121 - 0. 290） ;Marital quality, besides role of equality and faith consistency, were associated with SCL -90 （r = 0. 123 ~ 0. 338 ） ;Negative coping style was correlation with marital quality（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;Except overly idealistic, personality compatibility, the couple exchange amateur life outside, each factor of marital quality scale showed significant correlation with social support（P 〈 0.01 ） ;Multiple regression equation showed the following six factors uhimately entered into the regression equation：Negative coping style, negative family problems, professional achievement factors, somati- zation,experimental and negative work learning problems. Conclusion Marital quality of ship personnel is related to their personality traits, mental health, coping style and social support.
