摘 要:目的分析云南省4个贫困地区(0~6岁儿童贫血情况及影响因素,为开展贫血的干预提出合理化建议。方法2006—2009年,连续4年对云南省4个贫困地区0~6岁儿童进行营养健康状况监测,体格测量,血红蛋白检测。结果4171名0~6岁儿童贫血率为6.7%~10.4%。弥渡县贫血率为15.7%~19.9%,在4个地区中最高。女童贫血率为6.8%~7.9%,男童贫血率为6.7%~13.3%。研究发现儿童性别、年龄、看护人类型和监测地区为儿童贫血患病率的影响因素。结论在云南省贫困地区,应该加强儿童看护人营养知识的宣传教育,提高他们对合理膳食的认知,改善儿童膳食结构,补充铁含量高的食物,可有效降低贫血率。[ Objective ] To analyze anemia and its relative factors and provide suggestions for anemia intervention among children under six years old in four poor counties in Yunnan. [ Methods ] Children under six years old were registered as subjects to do nutrition and health surveillance from 2006 to 2009. Physical examination, hemoglobin test and feeding habit survey were done. [ Results ] The anemia rate of 4171 children was 6.7%-10.4% from 2006 to 2009. The anemia rate was 15.7%-19.9% in Midu, which was recognized as the highest in four counties. It was 6.8%-7.9% in female children, while 6.7%-13.3% in male children. Anemia was influenced by surveillance place (P〈0.05), the anemia risk of children in Midu have 4.16 times than Luxi, and those in Luquan have 1.67 times. [ Conclusion ] Nutrition education should be strengthenedamong the caretakers of children to improve their awareness of nutrition. Children's dairy pattern should be improved, and more icon-rich food should be needed to reduce anemia rate.
