聂荣臻对晋察冀边区文化建设的贡献

摘　　要：晋察冀抗日根据地不仅在政权建设、经济建设、对敌斗争等方面取得了显著成绩,而且在文化建设事业方面也得到了蓬勃发展,成为当时打击敌人、激励军民抗战的一支重要力量。晋察冀抗日根据地的文化建设提供了重要启示:必须大力推进和繁荣文化建设事业,必须通过多种形式整体推动文化建设事业的进步和发展,文化建设事业的发展始终要与党的政治任务紧密联系,坚定的信心和良好的精神风貌是战胜一切的基石。The Anti-Japanese base areas in Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area has achieved remarkable achievements in the political power construction, economic construction,military struggle etc, which also has achieved vigorous developments in cultural construction. This Anti-Japanese base became a major force in the fight against the enemy and encourage people. The culture construction of the base provided many important inspirations. We must promote and boom cultural construction vigorously. The progress and development of the cultural inspirations must be promote through various forms, which must be closely linked with the party＇s political task. Firm confidence and good spirit were the cornerstones to overcome all difficulties.
