摘 要:新建隧道爆破开挖有可能引起邻近既有隧道的损伤。以湖南益阳亮轩公隧道为研究对象,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟了邻近隧道爆破对既有隧道的影响,分析了最大段装药量对隧道迎爆面震动速度的影响,模拟了最大段装药量为6 kg、24 kg、96 kg时迎爆侧的震动速度。结果表明,震动速度随最大段药量增加而增大,但增速趋于平缓。当最大段装药量为270 kg时,爆破效率最高。最后提出了一些控制爆破震动的措施。This paper is inclined to present the results of our study of the impacts of the dynamic explosion or blast in the tunnel under construction on the neighboring tunneling areas due to the strong blasting vibration. As is known, it is very difficult to ensure the construction quality and the engineering safety for the engineering project itself as well as the surrounding areas during the new tunnel blasting construction progress. It is just for this urgent need that we have established a 3-D computation model by using a computer software named ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the transient dynamic method, with which we have managed to conduct a few numerical simulations with the help of the software and arrived at necessary conclusions, which help to provide valuable references for the construction and designing of the actual engineering projects. At the same time, we have also evaluated and worked out some tolerable safety factors of the existing tunnels by using dynamites of varying sizes. As the result of our study, we have analyzed the effects and impacts of the dynamite on the blasting vibration near the blasting point on the condition when the maximum charge in one delay would be as strong as the intensity of 6 kg, 24 kg and 96 kg, with a minor increase of the vibration strength with the accumulated increase of the explosive charges. Our study demonstrates that the maximum vibration strength tends to occur at the tunnel wall facing the blasting side or direction whereas the roof of the tunnel tends to resist the stress noticeably. Thus, it can be concluded that it is of great need for the engineering managers to strengthen the monitoring measures of the tunnel wall facing the blasting side. In addition, the vibration strength has been found in direct relation with the increased use of maximum charge in one delay time, though the speed tends to get relatively flat.
