摘  要:介绍了恶臭污染物的来源、危害及其治理方法,分析了生物法除臭的发展,着重对生物滴滤塔除臭系统进行了介绍。总结了生物滴滤塔除臭的影响因素,分析了生物填料的发展,并比较了不同填料的理化性质及其除臭性能。简要归纳了工艺操作参数对生物滴滤塔除臭性能的影响。详细列举了应用于生物滴滤塔除臭的降解菌的种类及其功能。综述了填料上恶臭组分的传质和降解规律,总结了国内外关于生物膜内恶臭组分的降解反应动力学模型。同时介绍了生物滴滤塔在市政除臭和工业除臭方面的应用实例,并对生物滴滤塔理论研究与应用中存在的不足进行了分析,提出了可能的解决途径。今后可加强研究的方向有生物填料的开发与改良、生物滴滤塔的模型化设计及生物除臭组合工艺。The article intends to introduce briefly the processing method of the odorous pollutants and the evolutionary process of biological deodorization at its beginning. As is well known, the key to the high deodorization performance is the biotrickling filter, which is by nature the organic combination of the various biotrickling filter systems as a new kind of means in deodorizing processing. The technology is so special that it has introduced into itself the deodorizing system of biotrickling filter. Notion has also to be done of the biotrickling filter system that has been affected by the biological stuffing, the operating parameters as well as the degradation bacteria. It is also for the purpose of identification and clarification of the structure and the function of the system that we have mainly analyzed the development of the biological stuffing and compared the physicochemical characteristics and the deodorization functions in dealing with all the different packed materials. We have also made a theoretical and practical summary of the processing parameters, such as the inlet concentration, the residence time, the spray flow rate and the pH of percolate in this paper. Another important factor that affects the quality and function of the deodorization is the degradation bacteria to be used in the process, which helps to make full use of the odor pollutants for metabolic and then convert them into carbon dioxide or energy sources. Our review also goes on with further briefing of the species and functions of the degrading bacteria and illustration of their detailed applications in the biotrickling filter deodorization, with a general review of the mass transfer degradation regulations of the stench components on the packed materials. In addition, the paper has done an analysis of the different operating conditions that may affect the mass transfer resistance qualitatively in the gas film and liquid film on the basis of the mass transfer model.
