摘 要:研究发现,在碱性介质中,超声处理后的杀螨剂类农药哒螨灵可以显著增强鲁米诺-KMnO4体系的发光强度,据此建立了哒螨灵的化学发光检测技术。对超声频率、功率、时间、温度及发光条件进行了优化,在最佳条件下,哒螨灵的浓度在1~100μg/L的范围内与发光强度呈良好的线性关系;检出限(3σ)为0.67μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.8%(n=11)。该方法用于环境水样中哒螨灵残留量的测定,回收率在92.5%~108.3%之间。It was found that pyridaben could greatly enhance the emission of the luminol-KMnO4 chemiluminescence (CL) system after ultrasonic treatment and the enhancing effect on the CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of pyridaben. Based on this, a novel method for pyridaben determination was developed. The effects of the ultrasonic conditions including ultrasonic frequency, power, time and temperature on the CL signal have been studied in detail. Under the optimized conditions,the CL intensity was linear with pyridaben concentration over the range of 1-100μg/L with a detection limit (3σ) of 0. 67 μg/L. The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 3. 9% (n = 11). The method has been applied to the determination of pyridaben residue in environmental waters, and the recoveries were 92.5%-108.3%.
