摘  要:目的:探讨盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)所致脓毒症大鼠肾损伤与血血管生成素(Ang)-2的关系。方法:18只SD大鼠随机分为正常组(6只)、脓毒症组(12只)。用CLP法制备脓毒症模型。观察各组大鼠肾组织病理、血浆肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C及血Ang-2水平。结果:脓毒症大鼠随着时间延长,肾组织损伤病理改变进行性加重,血肌酐、尿素氮、胱抑素C浓度、血Ang-2水平呈升高趋势,但只有血胱抑素C水平与血Ang-2水平呈显著正相关(r=0.358,P<0.05)。结论:CLP所致脓毒症大鼠肾损伤与血中的Ang-2有关,但其具体作用仍有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the relationship between acute renal injury and angiopoietin (Ang)- 2 in cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) induced rats. Methods 18 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (6 rats) and sepsis group (12 rats). The septic rats model were established by CLP. The histologic pathology of kidney, plasma creatinine, urea nitrogen , serum Cystatin C and serum Ang-2 concentrations were observed in different groups. Results With the time increased after CLP, the renal injury pathology progressively strengthened, and serum creatinine, BUN, Cystatin C and Ang-2 levels significantly increased. However, the statistical significance was found only between serum Cystatin C and Ang-2 (r equals to 0.358, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The septic acute renal injury induced by CLP is related to serum Ang-2, however, further research is still required to confirm the exact role of Ang-2.
