摘　　要：目的:研究Fibrotouch检测慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏硬度值的影响因素。方法:将180例慢性乙型肝炎患者分成非肝硬化组和肝硬化组,分析各组治疗前后LSM值及相关血清学指标有无差异。结果:非肝硬化组治疗前后LSM值分别为13.25±1.16、7.32±0.65(P<0.05),肝硬化组治疗前后LSM值分别为23.76±7.42、19.15±6.82(P<0.05),非肝硬化组LSM值明显低于肝硬化组(P<0.05);非肝硬化组及肝硬化组LSM值均与ALT、AST、TBIL、GGT呈正相关关系,与ALB呈负相关关系(P<0.05),且均与ALP无相关性(P>0.05);LSM在非肝硬化组与PLT无相关性(P>0.05),而在肝硬化组与PLT呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:Fibrotouch是检测慢性乙型肝炎患者肝脏硬度的有效方法 ,但需注意肝功、PLT等因素对肝脏硬度值的影响。Objective To investigate the influcing factors of liver fibrosis detection by Fibrotouch in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods One hundred and eightycases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were enrolled into 2 groups, the non-cirrhotic group and the cirrhosis group. The differences of the LSM and the serological markers before and after treatment were compared in each group. Results The LSM values of the non-cirrhotic group before and after treatment were 13.25 ± 1.16 and 7.32 ± 0.65, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. The LSM values of thecirrhosis group before and after treatment were 23.76± 7.42 and 19.15 ± 6.82, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. And the LSM value in the non-cirrhotic group was lower than that in the cirrhosis group （P 〈 0.05）. Positive correlations were shown between the LSM values and ALT, AST, TBILand GGT in both the non- cirrhotic group and the cirrhotic group （P 〈 0.05）. LSM values was negatively correlated with ALB （P 〈 0.05）, but was not correlated with ALP （P 〉 0.05）. LSM value was not correlated with PLT in the non- cirrhotic group （P 〉 0.05）, but LSM value was negatively correlated with PLT in thecirrhosis group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Fibrotouch is an effective diagnosis method for liver stiffness detection in patients with chronic hepatitis B, but liver function, PLT and other factors should be taken into consideration on liver stiffness evaluations.
