摘 要:采用TGA/SDTA85le型热重/同步差热分析仪研究了锡林浩特煤(XLHT)的热解特性,考察了不同的热解温度、升温速率以及颗粒粒度对锡林浩特煤热解特性的影响,研究表明:随热解温度的升高,XLHT挥发分析出增加,当热解温度达到850℃以上时,挥发分析出量基本不变;随煤样颗粒粒度的减小,XLHT热解最大失重率减小;随着升温速率的提高,煤热解的最大失重速率随之提高,但最终失重量主要由热解终温决定,升温速率对其影响不大。Thepyrolysis characteristics of XLHT was investigated by using TGA/SDTA851e. This paper re- searched the effects of pyrolysis temperature, partical size and heating rate on pyrolysis characteristics of XLHT. Results show that, the yields of volatile of XLHT increased with temperature, when the pyrolysis temperature rised to more than 850℃, the yields of volatile keep constant generally; Maximum pyrolysis weight loss rate of the XLHT decreases as the particle size of the coal samples reduces;The maximum yields of total volatile decreases with reducing particle size of XLHT;While the heating rate was en- hanced, the temperature of maximum rate of coal weight loss increased. The ultimate yields of total vola- tile are determined by the final pyrolysis temperature ,and the heating rate just has a little effect on it.
