对我国燕麦产业“一链三环九点”的发展战略解读

摘　　要：对我国燕麦产业"一链三环九点"的发展战略进行了全面系统地解读,提出了我国燕麦育种的三个点,即育种新方法与新技术的创新性研究目标,资源创新与利用的途径,三种用途(传统食用、广泛食用、饲用)、三个特性(抗旱性、抗病性、高产性)、三个熟期(早熟、中熟、晚熟)的新品种选育方向与途径。提出了我国燕麦栽培的三个点,即旱地抗逆丰产栽培技术与水地高产超高产栽培技术研究、有机绿色无公害生态农业栽培技术的研究和基地建设、良种良法配套栽培技术。提出了加工发展的三个点,即初加工、深加工和传统食品开发的途径。构建出我国燕麦产业"一链三环九点"相辅相成、相互依存、相互促进、共同发展的有机体。The author interpreted the ＂1 chain,3 rings and 9 points＂ development strategy comprehensively and systematically. Proposed 3 points of oat breeding in China, those are creative targets of new breeding methods and new breeding technologies ;ways of resources creative utilization ;3 purposes（ traditional food ,widely used food ,for- age） ,3 features（ drought resistance, disease resistance, high yield）,3 mature stages （early maturing, middle matu- ring,late maturing） of breeding direction and methods. Proposed 3 points of oat cultivation in China, those are： stress resistance and high yield cultivation technology in dry land and research of high yield and superior high yield cultivation in irrigation land;research and base authentication of organic and green pollution-free ecological agricul- ture;matching cultivation technologies of good seeds and good methods. Proposed 3 points of processing develop- ment, those are： primary processing, deep processing and ways of traditional foods development. The ＂1 chain, 3 rings and 9 points＂ organism is built, which are complementary, interdependence, mutual promotion and common development.
