摘  要:为了明确不同春玉米品种对烟嘧磺隆的敏感性差异,本研究通过室外盆栽法、室内生测法、叶绿素含量测定和田间验证的方法对东北49个生育期不同的玉米主栽品种进行研究。结果表明:不同春玉米品种对烟嘧磺隆敏感性差异较大,其中垦粘1号、东甜3号、东农888、登海9号等7个品种表现为敏感,吉单522、郑单958、龙单38、东农248、宾玉2等32个品种表现为中等耐性,沈玉30、吉单505、锦单1021、吉单530等10个品种表现为耐性;且室内生测法、叶绿素含量测定法和盆栽法的试验结果均与田间试验结果相符。本试验结果可以为生产中解决春玉米对烟嘧磺隆的药害问题提供一定的理论依据。To investigate the sensitivity to nicosulfuron in spring maize varieties, pot experiment, bioassay methods in foster utensil, chlorophyll content test and field trial were carried out with 49 varieties in this study. The results show that sensitivities of different varieties to nicosulfuron are significant. Kennian 1, Dongtian 3, Dongnong 888, Denghai 9, and other three ones were sensitive. Jidan 522, Zhengdan 958, Longdan 38, Dongnong 248, Binyu 2, and other 27 varieties were middle resistant. Shenyu 30 ,Jidan 505 ,Jindan 1021 ,Jidan 530, and other six varieties were resistant. The same results were detected with pot experiment, bioassay methods in foster utensil, chlorophyll content test and field trial. Thus, this study could provide the basis on sloving the nicosulfuron spray injury to spring maize.
