摘  要:研究了矿质营养元素对甜荞品种温莎叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。试验采用三因素三水平正交试验设计,分别采用氮蓝四唑比色法(NBT)、愈创木酚法和紫外吸收法测定SOD、POD和CAT活性。结果表明:不同浓度的大量元素和微量元素对荞麦叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性均有不同程度的影响,在荞麦第二分枝现蕾初期,叶面分别喷施大量元素(0.15%硫酸钙+0.20%硫酸镁+0.25%磷酸二氢钾)和微量元素(0.15%硼砂+0.10%氯化锰+0.20%钼酸铵)对SOD、POD、CAT活性的提高尤为显著。Effect of mineral elements on the activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), peroxidase ( POD), catalase (CAT) was detected in the leaves of common buckwheat variety ' Wensha'. In this study,orthogonal experimental design with three factors and three levels was taken. The activities of SOD, POD, and CAT were determined with methods of NBT, guaiacol and ultraviolet absorption. It was shown that diverse effect on SOD, POD, and CAT activi- ties of buckwheat leaves were detected with different concentration of major and trace elements. The SOD, POD, and CAT activities significantly increased with the treatments (0. 15% calcium sulfate, 0.20% magnesium sulfate, 0. 25 % monopotassium phosphate and 0. 15 % borax, 0. 10% manganese chloride, 0. 20% ammonium molybdate ) at the preliminary stage of second branch squaring.
