摘 要:装载机驱动桥壳的主要破坏形式是在交变载荷作用下工作所导致的疲劳失效,通过对桥壳进行动态分析可以得到桥壳的固有特性,有助于改善桥壳的设计,从而避免或减少这种失效的发生。文中运用Ansys软件对桥壳进行了模态分析,计算出桥壳各阶固有频率及相应振型,得到桥壳最大振幅出现的位置,桥壳设计时应加强这些部位的强度和刚度。The major failure mode of driving axle housing of loader is the fatigue failure caused under the action of al-ternating loads.The inherent characteristic of the axle housing is figured out through dynamic analysis,which can facilitate to improve its design,hence to avoid or reduce occurrence of this failure.Modal analysis for the axle housing is performed by Ansys,to figure out the inherent characteristic of the axle housing and corresponding vibration modes,hence to get the positions where maximum vibration amplitude of the axle housing exists.It's required to improve the strength and stiffness of these positions during design of the axle housing.
