摘　　要：在对城市群协调发展这一概念进行科学界定的基础上，本文提出了城市群协调发展的4点判断标准及相应的测度方法。同时，利用该测度方法对1991～2011年期间“大珠三角”城市群发展协调性进行定量测度。并以定量测度的结果为主要依据，对1991～2011年期间该城市群协调发展历程进行阶段划分与特征分析。最后，在综合考虑大珠三角城市群一般性与特殊性的基础上，对城市群协调发展的一般规律与特征进行总结与提炼，并提出促进“大珠三角”城市群协调发展的政策建议。Based on the scientific definition of the connotation of coordinate development of urban agglomeration , this paper pro-posed a four-point criterion of coordinated development of urban agglomeration and the corresponding measurement methods . Meanwhile , the development coordination degree of quantitative empirical analysis of Greater Pearl River Delta city group for the period 1991~2011 will be completed by the proposed measurement methods . Mainly based on the quantitative measurement results and combining the universality of the law of popular urban agglomeration and the particularity of development of Greater Pearl River Delta city group , the development pro-cess of coordinated urban agglomerations stages and characteristics for the period 1991~2011 will be analyzed . Finally , the tendency judg-ment and policy recommendations of the coordinated development of “Greater Pearl River Delta” urban agglomeration will be presented .
