摘　　要：目的探讨ghrelin基因Leu72Met(C408A)位点多态性与中国汉族2型糖尿病(T2DM)人群发病的关系。方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、万方医学网,检索时间范围包括2013年5月之前的所有文献,分别检索到研究ghrelin基因Leu72Met位点多态性与中国汉族T2DM相关文献15篇。按纳入、排除标准选取病例,采用RevMan4.2.10分析其相关性。结果纳入研究文献5篇(涉及l 132例2型糖尿病患者和961名对照组)。Meta分析结果表明,中国汉族人群2型糖尿病与Leu72Met位点多态性相关:AA基因型与CA基因型和CC基因型合并后比较,固定效应模型OR=2.55,95%CI:1.07～6.11,P=0.03;AA基因型与CC基因型比较,固定效应模型OR=2.63,95%CI:1.09～6.30,P=0.03;等位基因A与C比较,固定效应模型OR=1.30,95%CI:1.06～1.60,P=0.01。结论 Ghrelin基因Leu72Met位点多态性与中国汉族人群2型糖尿病的发生发展可能有关。Objective To evaluate the relationship between ghrelin Leu72Met polymorphism and type 2 dia- betes mellitus （T2DM） among the Chinese Han population. Methods We conducted a computer retrieval of SINOMED, Wanfang databases prior to May 2013. Articles investigating the relationship of T2DM and ghrelin Leu72Met polymorphism of Han group were found through literature. According to the including and excluding crite- ria, a meta-anatysis was performed in T2DM and ghrelin Leu72Met polymorphism, including 15 articles on Leu72Met polymorphism and T2DM. The association was examined by RevMan4.2.10 software. Results Five articles on Leu72Met polymorphism were include （involving 1 132 cases of T2DM and 961 controls）. Meta-analysis showed that there was a significant association between Leu72Met polymorphism and T2DM： AA/（CA＋CC） （fixed-effect model, OR=2.55, 95% CI： 1.07-6.11, P=0.03）. AA/CC （fixed-effect model, OR=2.63, 95% CI： 1.09-6.30, P-0.03）. A/C al- lele comparison （fixed-effect model, OR=l.30, 95% CI： 1.06-1.60, P=0.01）. Conclusion Ghrelin Leu72Met poly- morphism may be related with development of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Chinese Han population.
