摘  要:为提高加氢裂化工艺的收益和能效,通过软测量仪表,利用可测量参数(如温度、流量、压力),采用非线性动态模型实现观测计算,并根据过程实际状态,结合回归统计的方法,计算出不可测变量(如沸点、干点、初馏点、闪点、倾点、凝固点等),以利于操作和控制。软测量仪表方便了工艺人员对先进控制的实时操作,减少了化验数据反馈时间长带来的不利,提高了产品质量和反应时间。To improve the earnings and energy efficiency for hydrocracking process, through soft sensor, with measurable parameters (such as temperature, flow and pressure), adopting non-linear dynamic module to realize observation computing. According to actual process, combining with regression statistical method, unmeasured variables (such as boiling point, dry point, initial boiling point, flash point, pour point, freezing point, etc) are calculated to be good for operation and eontorl. Soft sensor makes real-time operation and control of advanced control convenient for operators, and disadvantage caused by long test data response time is reduced, and product quality is improved, and reaction time is reduced.
