摘 要:用霉菌和碱净化糖厂滤泥,同时选取最佳漂白剂漂白滤泥,通过实验确定最佳漂白剂的最适反应条件;然后探讨了滤泥不同加填量对纸张性能的影响,并与商品轻质碳酸钙(PCC)加填纸的性能进行对比。结果表明,采用霉菌和碱净化滤泥,可使滤泥中残存有机物含量仅占滤泥CaCO3含量的0.14%,滤泥白度达到51.5%。最佳漂白剂(PL2)的最适反应温度100℃,用量6%,反应时间1.5 h,在此条件下获得的滤泥白度可达到60%。由纸张性能实验可知滤泥最佳用量为20%,与商品PCC加填纸性能相比,相同条件下滤泥加填纸的多项性能得到改善。In order to study the feasibility of using the filtered mud of surgar sefinery as filler in papermaking, the filtered mud was purified with mold and alkali firstly, then bleached by the best bleaching agent with the optimum bleaching conditions. Finally the effects of different dosages of the filtered mud on the paper properties were studied, and the paper properties were compared with that of using commercial precipitated cal- cium carbonate (PCC) under the same conditions. The results showed that: using mold and alkali to purify the filtered mud, the content of the residual organic matter in calcium carbonate content of the filtered mud and the brightness of the mud was up to 51.5%. The experiment showed that the best bleaching sgent was PL2 and the optimum bleaching conditions were as the follows temperature 100℃, bleaching agent dosage 6% and reaction time 1.5 h. On this condition, the brightness of filter mud could reach 60%. The optimal amount of filtered mud used as filler was confirmed 20%. Comparing with the papers added with PCC ,a number of properties improved under the same conditions.
