摘　　要：编辑发展的过程其实就是编辑不断学习,形成自己的编辑理念从而实现自身价值的过程。编辑可以通过编辑间的交流、向审稿人和作者请教等途径来实现知识的累积,提高编辑对论文的鉴别能力;通过各种途径主动学习,促进编辑自身的发展。而编辑的良性发展只有在良好工作环境和学习氛围中才能实现。The process of an editor＇s development is a process of continuous learning, forming individual＇s opinions about editing, thus achieving his/her own value. The editors could finish the knowledge accumulation by communicating with other editors and learning from the peer reviewer and authors, and achieve the selfdevelopment by a serious of ways. To create a good work and learning environment is beneficial to the development of the editors, thus realizing the co-development of journals and editors.
