医学期刊编辑国际委员会新指南分析及其启示

摘　　要：最近发布的医学期刊编辑国际委员会(ICMJE)新指南在群作者署名及文责等方面提出了更细致的规范。新指南的发布所折射的问题和困境可以启发国内医学类论文的编辑。借鉴国际做法,国内医学类期刊的编辑可以在作者署名及文责等方面构建既通行又富有特色的规范和标准。文章在细化规范、读者信息接受、语言国际化等方面提出了具体建议。The new ICMJE recommendations require a stricter standard for group-author signing and for each author＇s responsibility of the article, reflecting problems and difficulties taking place in such field. This can enlighten domestic medical article editing by drawing lesson on international practice and establishing rules and standards which are universal but full of regional characteristics. This article aims to provide some concrete suggestions in standard clarification, reader＇s reception and language internationalization.
