摘　　要：区位是人文(经济)地理学的核心概念,区位分析是地理学的重要研究内容,设施区位分析作为传统区位分析的一个分支,正是当前学术界研究的热点。本文首先介绍了新增设施区位模型的概念,并结合GIS技术对新增设施区位问题进行了研究,其次介绍了新增区位可计算模型及其算法,最后利用模型对某城市反恐救援点的最佳区位选择进行了研究。Location is the core concept of humanistic （economic） geography, location analysis is portant research content of geography, facility location analysis, as a branch of traditional location analysis, is a hot spot studied by current academic circle. This paper introduced the new facility location model, and then studied the new facility location combined with GIS technology. Finally it used the model to analyze the best location choice of the anti-terrorism rescue point for a certain city.
