摘　　要：门户网站的建设属于网络信息化应用,结合事业单位科研、生产等中心工作,迅速准确地传递单位各种信息,真实地反映单位的改革发展、对外形象和科技进步,成为事业单位对外交流的重要媒体和信息化管理的必备平台。其主要内容包括在技术方面采用Java语言+Weblogic应用服务器+Oracle大型关系数据库技术组合,MVC的设计模式以及Jsp+Servlet+JavaBean的开发方式。在内容方面规划整合各个栏目,使其内容更加丰富,结构更加清晰,管理更加规范。The construction of portal website belongs to the application of network information. The website is able to improve the central work such as research and producing, transmit the inner news quickly and exactly, reflect the reform and improvement in science and technology, and becomes an important media in the communication and a required platform for information management.With Java language, Weblogic application server and Oracle large relational database, it is designed in MVC mode and developed in Jsp＋Servlet＋JavaBean. All columns are planned and integrated to enrich the content and standardize the management.
