摘　　要：当前金融机构特别是商业银行对中小企业服务不足的问题,严重制约了中小企业的发展壮大。本文基于银行信贷机制的三方博弈,分析影响商业银行服务中小企业的影响因素,并就中小企业自身、商业银行信贷机制和监管机构政策三个方面提出了政策建议。Currently the problem that the service provided by the financial institutions especially commercial banks to small and medium-sized enterprises is insufficient has seriously restricted the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the tripartite game of the banks＇ credit mechanism, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the commercial bank serving for small and medium-sized enterprises, and puts forward the policy suggestions from three aspects such as small and medium-sized enterprises themselves, commercial banks＇ credit mechanism and regulatory policies.
