摘  要:基于供弹机结构原理,建立了供弹机故障树;考虑其部件服从多种失效分布,利用蒙特卡罗法进行可靠性仿真建模,并编程计算其系统可靠度、平均无故障工作弹数,为供弹机可靠性指标的预测与评估提供理论依据,也对供弹机结构改进与优化具有一定的参考价值。The fault tree of feeding mechanism is built in the paper. Considering that its components obey failure uhi-distribution, the reliability simulation modeling with Monte-carlo method was establish, and the procedure was compiled. The system reliability, life expectancy, the importance degree of bottom events and mode importance degree can be obtained, which supplies the theoretical proof for reliability prediction and reliability evaluation and also has referential values to the improvement and optimization of the feed mechanism.
