摘 要:三通球阀结构紧凑、密封性好、开闭迅速,将其运用于机动管线顺序输送或水顶油排空中作为混油切割阀,能够简化工艺流程、提升切割效率。在分析混油切割过程和阀门结构的基础上,利用FLUENT软件对切换过程中液体在三通球阀内部的流动进行了仿真,搭建了试验平台,测定了流动数据并与仿真结果进行了对比。对比结果表明,试验数据与仿真结果吻合度高,验证了仿真模型的可靠性,证明了三通球阀作为混油切割阀的可行性和适用性。The three ways ball valve enjoys compact structure, good sealing property and fast switch, to apply it as a mix-oil cut valve for mobile pipeline batch transportation or water cap emptying, the manifold is simplified and more efficient. Through the analysis of the cutting process and valve structure, simulate the flow fields within the valve during the switch by FLUENT, experimental platform was set up to measure the flow characteristics and a contrastive analysis of simulation and experiment is made. The results verify the reliability of the simulation model and prove its feasibility and applicability using the three way ball valve as the mix-oil cut valve.
