摘　　要：为解决某考核评估系统定性指标数据量化过程中专家冲突意见的融合问题,提出了一种新的基于改进证据理论的专家意见融合方法,该方法综合考虑证据本身确信度和证据对辨识框架中子集平均支持度,有效地解决了高冲突意见融合中存在的"一票否决"等现象,能够客观准确地反映专家的评估意见,提高了系统的可信度。For solving the fusion question of expert conflict opinion in quantizing qualitative indicators of one certain result assessment system, a new method of expert opinion fusion based on improved evidence theory was proposed. Through comprehensively considering evidence certainty factor and average degree support of subset in frame of discernment, this paper efficiently solves ＂one vote veto＂ existing in fusion of highly conflict opinion, accurately reflecting the assessment opinion of expert and improving the reliability of system.
