摘　　要：辊底式热处理炉炉底辊运行状态的好坏直接影响到到钢板的外观和质量,通过分析炉底辊的损坏形式及原因,采取正确的处理措施,能够有效的延长炉底辊使用寿命,保护钢板的下表面质量,最终达到增收节支的效果。The operation state of the bottom roller of roller - hearth heat treatment furnace directly affect the appearance and quality of steel plate. Based on analysis of the roller＇s damage form and cause, the correct treatment measures have been taken to extend the service life of the roller effectively, protect the lower surface quality of steel plate, and achieve the desired effect of increase revenue and re- duce expenditure.
