摘  要:研究了一种"焙烧-逆流浸出-酸化-二次浸出"新工艺来处理含1.13%BeO的低品位浮选铍精矿。铍精矿于1 050℃下焙烧120min,焙砂磨细至粒度小于0.1mm后,在30℃下按液固比(返回的二次浸出液与焙砂的质量比)4∶1进行逆流浸出60min;然后按酸矿比1∶1在逆流浸出渣中添加浓硫酸混匀,于100℃酸化30min;酸化渣按4∶1的液固比加水后于30℃进行二次浸出60min,浸出渣中BeO含量可降至0.14%,铍浸出率达88.88%,可用于后续提取氧化铍。A new metallurgical process of roasting-counter current leaching-acidification-releaching is developed to treat the low grade beryllium concentrate with BeO content of 1.13%. Firstly,the beryllium conc entrate is roasted at 1 050 ℃ for 120 min and the resultant calcine,ground to the particle size less than 0.1 mm,is processed by counter current leaching at 30 ℃ for 60 min with the liquid-solid ratio (i. e. the mass ratio of the returned releaching solution to calcine ) of 4 : 1 . Then , the counter current leaching residue is acidized at 100 ℃ for 30 min by adding sulfuric acid with the acid ore ratio of 1 ~ 1. Finally, the acidifica- tion residue is releached at 30 ℃ for 60 min by adding water with the liquid-solid ratio of 4 : 1. Through the above process,the BeO content of the leaching residue decreases to 0.14%,the leaching rate of beryll- ium reaches 88.88% ,and the leaching solution can be used for subsequent beryllium oxide extraction.
