摘 要:新洋茉莉醛生产废水高COD、高甲醛,是典型的难降解有机废水,生物抑制性强,传统的水处理技术对该种废水的处理能力有限,文章对新洋茉莉醛生产废水采用Fenton氧化实验,确定最佳条件为:pH=3,H2O2与Fe2+最佳摩尔比为5∶1,H2O2最佳投加量为22.5 mL/200 mL废水,反应60 min调为碱性静置40 min后,甲醛去除率达到99%以上,COD去除率达到52.66%,对COD和甲醛都有较好处理效果,有效地提高了废水可生化性,是废水处理技术的主要发展方向之一。The wastewater from Helional production is a typical and difficultly degraded effluent that contains high CODc,r and high-concentration lbrmaldehyde that cause inhibition and toxic effect of microorganism. Traditional water treatment technology is limited, In the paper, Fenton oxidation was adopted to study, when pH value is 3, the ratio between H2O2 and Fe2' was 5 :1, and the dosage of H2O2(30 %) used in 200 mL wastewater was 22.5 mL. The stirring time is 60 min, after adjusting it to be alkaline environment and then stewing 40 rain, the removal rate of formaldehyde and COD are respectively〉99 %, 52.66 %. The results showed that Fenton reagent improved the wastewater biodegradability sufficiently and had good effect for formaldehyde and COD treatment; It is the main wastewater treatment technology development directions.
