摘 要:经生化法处理后的含酚焦化废水,CODCr、总酚化合物、色度没有达到排放标准.通过试验研究了絮凝沉淀—膜分离法对含酚焦化废水的处理效果,并考察了絮凝剂投加量、pH、停留时间对絮凝出水效果的影响.试验结果表明,当絮凝剂投加量大于30 ppm、pH在7~9之间,停留时间大于24 h时,絮凝法有最好的效果.絮凝后出水进入反渗透装置,出水效果达到排放标准.This experiment studied the flocculation--membrane that were successfully used in the coking wastewater treated. The effects ofpH and dosage of llocculant for COD(.r, total phenolic compounds and residence time were studied. The results showed that: when the flocculation plus large amount of 30 ppm, pH between 7-9, residence time greater than 24 h, flocculation has the best efficiency. After flocculation effluent into the reverse osmosis, water effects to meet emission standards.
