摘　　要：通过对近红外分析技术的研究,论述近红外分析技术的原理及其特点,重点介绍了近红外光谱分析技术在食品分析,药物,水质和烟草等领域的应用。Through the study of near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology, discusses the principle and characteristics of the near infrared analysis technology, focuses on the analysis of drugs in food technology, near infrared spectral analysis, application of water quality and tobacco fields.
