摘　　要：利用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus对三氯氢硅合成装置进行全流程模拟,并在此基础上完成了该系统的技术改造。Aspen Plus软件为系统工艺改造提供了可靠的基础数据,大大提高了改造的成功性。Using the chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus simulation of the process of trichlorosilane synthesis device, and completed the transformation of the system on this basis. Aspen Plus software provides a reliable basis data of system technology, greatly improving the success of the transformation.
