无磷阻垢剂在云南解化循环水系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对云南解放军化工厂补充水硬度较高、碱度较高、结垢现象严重的问题,开发出了由聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA)、氧化烯、苯并三氮唑和有机胺等合成的无磷阻垢剂TS-117。并进一步探讨了阻垢率随阻垢剂用量、水质以及溶液温度的变化关系。实验表明:这种阻垢剂具有良好的阻垢性能。Developed by methyl acrylic acid （PMAA）, oxidation of alkenes, benzene, and three azole nitrogen and organic amine synthesized without phosphorus scale inhibitor TS - 117. in view of the yunnan＇s people＇s liberation army （PLA） chemical plant of high hardness, high alkalinity water supplement and scaling phenomenon is serious problem. Further discusses the scale inhibition rate along with the scale inhibitor dosage, temperature changes in the relationship between water quality and solution. The experiment showed that this kind of scale inhibitor has good scale inhibition performance.
