摘 要:聚能装药结构能降低喷口对射流的影响,从而达到更好的侵彻效果。主要从药型罩结构和药型罩材料两方面对石油射孔弹进行了试验研究。选取在射孔弹内使用前驱药型罩和主药型罩相结合的结构,使射孔弹爆炸时形成初始速度非常高的前驱射流,为随后的主射流打开一个环形通路,从而达到大孔径、深穿孔的目的,为大孔径、深穿孔射孔弹的设计开发提供了一些基础数据。The shaped-charge structure can reduce the impact on jet from nozzle, so as to achieve better penetration effect. Actual perforation charge tests have been conducted with the structure and the material of shaped charge finer. This structure was composed of a precursor liner and a primary liner that both were in the same perforating charge, an initial very fast moving precursor jet was formed by the perforating charge explosion to open a path through the fluid of the well bore annulus for the following primary jet, thus to form a large and deep aperture. It provides relevant fundamental data for the research and develop- ment of the large and deep aperture perforation charge.
